Flame detection devices are key equipment for flame detection in power station boilers, industrial boilers, and various combustion devices during operation. This device detects the combustion condition based on the physical characteristics of the flame. When the flame combustion status does not meet normal conditions or stalls, it can provide signals (switching values, analog values) in a certain manner to serve as a fault alarm or logical judgment condition for the furnace safety monitoring system (FSSS).

JNHT series flame detection devices are divided into infrared and ultraviolet light types according to different usage situations and different spectral characteristics. According to the structural form, it can be divided into integrated type and split type. The integrated type integrates all electronic equipment of the flame detector, from the sensor to the signal interface, into the housing of the flame detector.

Under specified working conditions, it is possible to adjust the fire threshold and non fire threshold of the integrated flame detector; Under specified working conditions and when the flame input signal is valid, the integrated flame detector can display the intensity of the detected flame input signal in real time; Under specified operating conditions and when the flame input signal is valid, if the integrated flame detector is found to have a fault during self inspection, an alarm signal will be automatically given.
