In recent years, with the continuous improvement of processing technology and level in China's petrochemical industry, the problem of atmospheric pollution caused by nitrogen oxides has become increasingly prominent. With the implementation of the new environmental protection standard "GB31570-2015 Emission Standard for Pollutants from the Petroleum Refining Industry" and the collection of environmental protection taxes, more and more petrochemical enterprises are embarking on the transformation of tubular heating furnaces for ultra-low emissions of NOx pollutants.

The burner is an important component of a tubular heating furnace, generally composed of three parts: a nozzle, an air distributor, and a combustion channel. Due to the intense combustion flame, it is necessary to select appropriate flame to furnace tube spacing and burner spacing, so as to achieve uniform furnace heating as much as possible, so that the flame does not wash the furnace tube and achieve complete combustion with low nitrogen.

The environmentally friendly low nitrogen burner independently developed by Xuzhou Jieneng Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. is not only an energy-saving burner that can achieve complete combustion with low excess air volume, but also a low NOx burner. Its noise pollution and harmful substances in flue gas are below the national allowable indicators.

　　The engineering and technical personnel of Xuzhou Jieneng Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. conducted a research on the low nitrogen transformation technology for the cylindrical burner of a heating furnace in a large petrochemical company in Shandong Province. Using the technology of combining staged diffusion and flue gas internal circulation, and conducting hot state tests, the results show that the burner has good performance, which can reduce the NOx content in the flue gas from 230 mg/m3 before the transformation to 65 mg/m3. The test shows that the online low nitrogen transformation has a good effect, and the NOx emission is far below the national emission standard. The transformation scheme is economical and convenient, and has a broad application prospect.
