The engineering and technical personnel of Xuzhou Jieneng Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. conducted a research on the low nitrogen transformation technology for the cylindrical burner of a heating furnace in a large petrochemical company in Shandong Province. Using the technology of combining staged diffusion and flue gas internal circulation, and conducting hot state tests, the results show that the burner has good performance, which can reduce the NOx content in the flue gas from 230 mg/m3 before the transformation to 65 mg/m3. The test shows that the online low nitrogen transformation has a good effect, and the NOx emission is far below the national emission standard. The transformation scheme is economical and convenient, and has a broad application prospect.
