1、 How to correctly apply high-energy igniters?

1. When the high-energy igniter is not equipped with any connecting cables, ignition, or gun, it is strictly prohibited to plug it in. Otherwise, the equipment may be damaged.

2. Before using, it is necessary to check the high-energy igniter, and the equipment should be properly connected and reliably touched. The ignition nozzle end should extend into the fuel area by 100-200mm.

3. Some components of high energy igniters operate at full load, and cycle times should be strictly enforced.

4. During the long shutdown period of the high-energy igniter, it is important to disconnect the system switching power supply.

5. Maintenance of the high-energy igniter must be carried out within 5 minutes of turning off the power supply. (Ensure that the remaining positive charge in the capacitor is discharged according to the discharge resistor.).

2、 Precautions for applying high-energy igniters:

First, turn on the ignition equipment, and then use the oil pump vapor to carry out the ignition. Generally, the time for ignition cannot exceed 30 seconds.

Secondly, in order to ensure safety during ignition, the combustion air should be turned off. Only when the fire is lit can the combustion wind be turned on to expand the fire.

Then, the atomization of gasoline and diesel should be excellent, otherwise it will affect the probability of ignition success. In normal use, it is necessary to pay attention to the precautions for high-energy igniters to ensure successful ignition and organization of work. The faster the ignition duration, the better, and maintaining it within 30 seconds is more appropriate. If the ignition time exceeds 30 seconds, it is necessary to rest for 1 minute before applying it again, as long-term use may affect the performance of the high-energy igniter.
