1. System Overview

The XIC ignition control system is mainly used to control the ignition operation of the boiler burner equipment. It can achieve on-site single step operation of the ignition equipment, and can also achieve automatic ignition of the boiler with flameout protection functions. The ignition control system can display the status of on-site equipment locally and send the working position and status signals of on-site equipment to the control room. The boiler ignition control system is mainly composed of a programmable control cabinet (with a programmable controller PLC as the core), a local fire cabinet, a high-energy ignition device, a flame detection device, an oil combustion device (or gas combustion device), a quick shut-off valve, and other equipment.

The PLC in the program control cabinet adopts imported brand products, such as SIEMENS from Germany and MODICON from Schneider from France. The ignition control cabinet installed in the explosion-proof area fully meets the explosion-proof requirements. The operation display of the program control cabinet can select buttons, indicator lights, or a touch screen as the man-machine interface. Touch screen has the advantages of intuitive, rich images, and strong scalability.
