The oil return mechanical atomization oil gun, also known as a centrifugal pressure atomization oil gun, is a pressurized oil that converges through the oil inlet hole on the oil separator plate into the corresponding annular groove, and then flows tangentially through the tangential groove on the swirling plate into the swirling chamber to generate strong rotation. Finally, it enters the atomizing plate and is ejected through the central spray hole of the atomizing plate, forming a hollow conical atomizing airflow composed of liquid droplets. When the oil flow just exits the nozzle, it forms a turbulent oil film. Due to the turbulent pulsation, the surface of the conical oil film forms uneven ripples. There is a large relative movement speed and contact surface between the oil film and the external gas, enabling the oil film to overcome surface tension and break into fine oil droplets to form oil mist.
The mechanical atomizing oil gun for oil return is mainly composed of compression nuts, swirling atomizing sheets, oil separator plates, sealing pads, gun body, and other components. The return oil mechanical atomization oil gun adjusts the output of the oil gun by adjusting the return oil flow. Compared to a simple mechanical atomization oil gun, it has more superior output regulation performance, relatively simple structure and system, and low resistance.
